  1. This is egregious treatment of these horses. Not only is LA reneging on their agreement to not capture these horses & certainly not send them to slaughter, this stinks of lobbying by special interest group(s). We need to retain wild horses in their environment, not penned up without vet care protection from the elements in this extreme weather. This is a travesty, & especially being funded by public $$$. Shameful.
